as possible, we offer a number of payment options, including:
- Capital One and CareCredit Payment Plan
- Six months, interest-free payment plans
- Twelve months, interest free payment plans (4% processing
fee applies)
- Longer payment plan options are available-ask our
staff for details
- We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks
and bankcards

necessary forms for you.
